- Property and Casualty and Life and Health agents and agencies whose focus is personal lines and total agency premium volume under $10,000,000, annually.

- Fiduciary coverage up to $1,000,000 added by endorsement to D&O
- Up to $5,000,000 limits available ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000 for E&O)
- $700 Minimum Premium
- No Minimum Retention for D&O and Fiducary
- $1000 Minimum Retention for E&O and EPL

Ineligible Risks
- Over $10,000,000 in annual premium volume
- Greater than 35% of premium ( or $500,000) in commercial, property & casualty
- TPA’s, MGAs, GA’s, wholesale brokers, reinsurance intermediaries
