- Wind Not available in FL, Tier 1 gulf coast and Carolina’s

- Comprehensive and Flexible Underwriting Appetite
Liability Features
- Primary Limits $1m/ $2m/ $1m with Excess up to $5m
- First dollar Coverage with defense costs outside policy limits
- Assault & Battery Available
- Hired & Non Owned Auto available
- Definition of Bodily Injury to include Mental Anguish or Emotional Distress
- Club members included as additional insureds
Liquor Liability
- No Deductible
- Assault and Battery coverage available on most risks (except Texas)
Directors and Officers
- Separate limits of liability for D&O and EPL - defense outside the limits
- Third party sexual harassment and third party discrimination coverage
- Punitive Damages, where insurable by law, included automatically
